Our Rooms
Our 12 bright, contemporary bedrooms are comfortable and well-equipped with free WiFi, tea & coffee making facilities, and flat screen television, located both on the ground and first floor.
Exploring the city is easy from our location; the city centre is a short walk away, including Chantry Place shopping mall, historic Norwich Castle, and the delights of Norwich Market; one of the largest open-air markets in the UK.
We have a large car park on site that is free to use for customers during their stay with us. Please let us know if you plan to bring a vehicle ahead of your stay so we can ensure there is a space.
Note: non-customers can use the car park for a fee of £6 per day. This also applies to guests once they have checked out.

Payment
We accept payment via credit or debit card (not American Express).The full amount will be charged when booking and all room bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Checking in & out
Room bookings can be made up to 12 midday the day before your stay.
Check-in time is from 1pm to 6pm.
Check out is up to 10am.
Should you need to return to the Inn later than midnight please let us know so that we can give you an access key.
No smoking.
Breakfast is included, cooked fresh to order and served 7:30am-9am
Pets
We do not accommodate pets.
Unruly behaviour
Unruly and threatening behaviour is not acceptable. The offending person/s will be asked to vacate their room and leave the premises and will be charged for their booked stay.
Damages
Guests will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any breakages, loss or damage to the property or furnishings and will have to pay before departure or we reserve the right to charge this to your credit/debit card.
Double booking
We try to maintain accurate room availability information for our on-line booking service. However, in the event that the accommodation booked has already been offered to another guest through direct contact with us, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, within 24 hours of it being made.
Disability Access
The property is a listed building (c. 1700s) and therefore cannot offer disability access rooms. If you have special mobility needs, please advise so when booking so we can best advise/allocate rooms.
Fire Risk Assessment and Guest Safety
Our business has the appropriate fire safety assessments in place, with the relevant equipment and evacuation procedures in place. As such, we have been advised that any guest with a disability who requires assistance will need to fill out a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) at check in, in order for us to best support in the case of an emergency. This is to ensure guest safety.
