Parking
We have a car park on-site that is free to use for customers and guests. Note, if you are not a customer, or have arrived ahead of check-in / checked out, the car park can be used for a fee of £7 per day.

Booking Fees

We do our best to keep our website up to date with regards to booking fees, however on some particular dates booking fees may vary.  Staff will advise you at the time of booking of any possible changes in price.

Payment
We accept payment by credit or debit card. If booking online, full payment is required via telephone consultation once we have confirmed room availability. Otherwise any outstanding payment should be made on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be paid for in full in advance and are non-refundable.  In some circumstances we are able to rearrange a booking for an alternative date.

Checking in & out
Check in is 13:00-18:00 (1pm-6pm). Check out is up to 10am.  If you require check in or check out before or after these times please contact us in good time ahead of your arrival so we can advise you on whether we can accommodate your request.  Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Terms
No smoking. Breakfast is included in the booking price unless otherwise stated.

Pets
We do not accommodate pets.
