Parking
We have a car park on-site that is free to use for customers. Note, if you are not a customer, or have checked out, the car park can be used for a fee of £6 per day.

Payment
We accept payment by credit or debit card. If booking online, full payment is required via telephone consultation once we have confirmed room availability. Otherwise any outstanding payment should be made on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be paid for in full in advance and are non-refundable.  In some circumstances we are able to rearrange a booking for an alternative date.

Checking in & out
Check in is 13:00-18:00 (1pm-6pm). Check out is up to 10am.  If you require check in or check out before or after these times please contact us in good time ahead of your arrival so we can advise you on whether we can accommodate your request.

Terms
No smoking. Breakfast is included in the booking price unless otherwise stated.

Pets
We do not accommodate pets.
